Holy cow Better You Wellness is amazing!! I am a collegiate dancer and have had back pain for years because of scoliosis. I have tried everything to help the pain go away but the relief has always been temporary nothing I’ve done has ever really fixed the problem. I had been walking around for many months in pain. Limping continually, with the rest of my joints beginning to feel the impact. I have had planter facia surgery before, but this pain was different. I went to my foot doctor and was diagnosed with tarsal tunnel. I had had tarsal tunnel surgery on my other foot, when I had the planter fascia surgery, but didn’t know what it felt like because the planter fascia on my other foot was so bad. I was told my option was surgery or try a topical cream for a while. When I told Tiffiny about what was going on, she immediately suggested we try the tarsal tunnel program and the plantar fasciitis program. After the first time, I found some relief. We continued to run both programs for a few weeks. The pain in my foot was all but gone! Running these programs was the only thing that helped. I’m so thankful that I didn’t jump the gun on surgery.

My daughter was starting to feel under the weather. We thought it was mostly allergies, but wanted to give her the best boost. We started to run the Bioenergetic and Allergy programs on the Healy. I alternated them and ran them multiple times a day. She even fell asleep at night with a program running. She started to feel better after the first day! We continued to run the programs for multiple days to ensure her immune system was at top function. It definitely gave her the boost she needed!

My experience working with Tiffany has been amazing. I tore my ACL and meniscus over a month ago and her procedure has helped me immensely. I have had the inability to straighten my right leg all the way and it has helped to give more mobility in my knee. In addition I have had extreme swelling in my knee. Each time I’ve done the procedure the swelling in my knee has gone down significantly and kept the swelling down. The procedure has also decreased my pain level while I am dancing. Working with Tiffany has enabled me to continue dancing and finish out the competition season. My doctor has been amazed with a torn ACL that I have been able to dance at all let alone continue to compete. I will be having surgery in a month and plan to continue using Tiffany’s service. I know my recovery time will be so much quicker with her help.

Over a year ago I hurt my ankle while hiking. I was jogging downhill and stepped on a rock wrong. I had major pain in my peroneous brevis tendon (the outer part of my ankle). I was able to walk on it but could not do any type of strenuous exercise. After six months of babying that foot I decided to finally go to a podiatrist. He ordered an MRI and sure enough there was a substantial tear in the tendon. I also needed double bunion surgery on my big toe and pinky toe, so I decided to do all 3 procedures at the same time. I scheduled surgery for the next month and he warned me that the tear was substantial enough that after the surgery I would need to stay completely off my foot for 6 weeks.

Before surgery I met with Tiffiny and she ran several programs on my ankle, working specifically on that damaged tendon and inflammation. I went ahead and had my surgery. The first thing my doctor told me when I woke up was that the tear was in much better condition than he anticipated and that I would only need to keep weight off that foot for a week. I was beyond thrilled. I totally believe that the programs Tiffiny ran helped to heal that tendon. I truly wonder if I would have worked with her longer if I could have avoided tendon surgery all together. Unfortunately I will never know. When I got my cast off a couple weeks later I again I met with Tiffiny and she ran multiple programs to help with my healing tendon, bone healing and with inflammation. When I started the first program with her my foot was visibly puffy and swollen. Just a couple hours later it looked totally normal- absolutely no puffiness at all. I could not believe it! My doctor asked me to start using my foot without my boot, but it made me nervous. Once again Tiffiny worked with me to lessen inflammation and improve healing. That evening I noticed minor help, but by the next morning my pain to walk without my boot went from a 8 out of 10 to a 4. For the first time it actually felt good to do my foot exercises. I could not believe the difference in just one day. Tiffiny is amazing at what she does. She is through and has the greatest desire to help her clients find true relief. She is patient and listens to every concern. Her desire for knowledge keeps her learning non-stop to finding a solution to any pain you may be experiencing. I highly recommend working with Tiffiny. I have enough confidence in what she does to promise that you will feel relief after working with her.

In December of 2020 I walked into a glass door and smashed my nose. I was having some breathing problems and hearing problems that were associated with it. I went to the doctor and he suggested that we do a septoplasty. It's not a huge procedure but certainly not fun. Before the procedure they told me that I should plan on taking at least the weekend off after the Thursday surgery. That would give me 4 days before work. They also told me that I would need to flush my nose 3 to 4 times a day. The nurse said at first I would not be able to flush all the way from one nostril to the other because everything would be so swollen. They also gave me strong narcotics in case the pain was unbearable.

Right after the surgery Tiffiny started working on me. She worked nonstop for several hours. My nose started to feel some pain about an hour and a half after the surgery to the point where I almost took some ibuprofen and was considering the stronger medication. I waited about a half hour and the pain started to subside. Before she was done, the pain was almost non-existent. The blood was almost completely stopped and only leaked a little. I ended up going out to dinner as well as a two and a half mile walk that night. And I felt amazing! It wasn't just that I felt relieved that my nose was opened up and I was breathing well and I had very little pain, but I just in general felt really good. I don't know if that was the FSM or just because I had a really good sleep during the surgery.

Probably the most amazing part was the next morning when I went to flush my nose I was being very careful not to push it up through the swollen membranes. But as soon as I started to flush it in one nostril it came right back out the other. Almost no inflammation at all and no pain at all. I never took even an aspirin and was back to work in two days. I could have gone back the next day honestly but don't tell my boss.

Overall I was absolutely amazed at the outcome from this procedure. Tiffiny and her kindness and patience made all the difference for me and my nose.
